Do I own my website and domain? ▾
Yes — always. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. Once you've paid in full, you own everything: the design, the content, and the domain. You can take your site anywhere at any time.
How long does it take to build my website? ▾
Starter sites typically take 5–10 working days. Business packages take 10–20 working days. The timeline starts once we receive your deposit AND your content (text, logo, photos). Providing content quickly is the biggest factor.
What do I need to prepare before we start? ▾
Just your logo, the text you want on each page, and any photos you want to use. Don't have these yet? We can help you figure out what to write, and we can use stock photos as placeholders while you gather yours.
What is the payment structure? ▾
We require 50% upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the completed website. Monthly services (hosting, IT support) are billed monthly. All payments via bank transfer.
Can I update my website myself after it's done? ▾
Yes. Your site is built on WordPress, which has a simple editor. We'll show you the basics so you can change text and photos yourself. For bigger changes, our IT Support retainer covers minor edits each month.
What if my website goes down? ▾
We monitor all hosted sites and respond quickly. Clients on the IT Support retainer get priority response within 24 hours. We also keep daily backups so your site can be restored fast if anything goes wrong.
